Shipping time and logistics options?
Xiangluju uses SF Express by default. Orders ship within 48 hours of payment. Delivery takes 1-2 days in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai; 2-4 days for other provinces and cities; and 3-5 days for remote areas. Pre-order items ship according to the dates listed on the page.
How soon will my order be shipped after I place it?
In-stock items ship within 48 hours of payment; pre-order items ship according to the lead time listed on the page (typically 7-15 days); custom orders require separate confirmation of the delivery timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within mainland China. Direct shipping to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas regions is not yet available. We recommend using a freight forwarder or purchasing through a personal shopper.
