Do you support 7-day no-reason returns and exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are supported within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in resalable condition (tags intact, unwashed, un-worn). Customized items and special sale products are excluded.
Who pays for return shipping?
Quality issues: Xiangluju covers return shipping. Non-quality issues (e.g., dislike, wrong size): Buyer covers return shipping; Xiangluju covers exchange shipping.
What should I do if my item arrives with a quality issue?
Please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery for issues such as damage, stains, or loose threads. Xiangluju will immediately arrange a return or exchange and cover all shipping costs. For claims after 24 hours, valid proof is required.
How long does a replacement take?
Exchange cycle is approximately 7-10 days: buyer returns in 2-3 days + warehouse quality check in 1-2 days + reshipment in 2-3 days + shipping in 2-4 days. For urgent needs, we recommend returning and placing a new order.
