How do I check my order status?
Log in to your Douyin Store account to view order status and shipping information under "My Orders." For assistance, contact store customer service with your order number.
What payment methods are supported?

Can I change the shipping address?
Contact customer service to update your shipping address before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed; you will need to wait for the package to arrive at the original address and then either forward it or refuse delivery and place a new order.
How do I get an invoice?
You can apply for an e-invoice on Douyin Shop after confirming receipt. Submit your billing name and tax ID, and the invoice will be issued within 1-3 business days. For a paper invoice, please contact customer service separately.
